We are seeking a Smoke Free Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality stop-smoking service, empowering individuals to take meaningful steps toward healthier lives. One position will focus on supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, while the other will specialise in working with individuals living with mental health challenges, tailoring support to meet their unique needs will be instrumental in fostering healthier lifestyles, improving public health outcomes, and creating a smoke-free future for Croydon.

These interventions will be delivered either face-to-face within the community or remotely, and can be tailored for individuals or delivered in a group setting, depending on their needs.
Full time Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Full Time Salary Range*: £25,077.00 to £26,502.53(pro rata for part time)
Allowance: £2,163.27 Outer London Weighting, (pro rata for part time)
* Pease note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a high-quality stop smoking service, helping individuals take steps toward healthier lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Promoting the benefits of a smoke-free life and raising awareness of stop smoking services through community engagement and events.Work within NRT, Champix, and E-cigarette protocols. Provide Very Brief Advice training to health and social care professionals, and support pharmacists with nicotine replacement therapy and behavior support. Engage with the community to raise awareness of smoking impacts and encourage referrals.
