Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.000 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

At Lenovo we are looking for our new SMO Customer Operations Manager.
What You will do:
Support SDMs: Collaborate with Lenovo internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of DaaS to customers.Billing and Financial Management: Validate billing schedules, resolve financial system gaps, and manage project financials including P&L support.Operational Excellence: Utilise your analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to drive insights and operational efficiency.Contractual Compliance: Ensure timely production of contractual reports and compliance with KPIs as per customer SOW.Trend Analysis: Perform historical trend analysis for future predictions and drive corrective actions.Forecasting: Maintain account-level forecasts and consolidate device requirements across the GEO.Project Management: Manage projects for the Ops team, ensuring ownership and follow-through of actions and activities.Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to SDMs and business transformation/IT teams, providing guidance and resolving blockers.What we expect from You:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skillsAbility to interpret data and create ad hoc reports on requestOrganised, detail oriented, and able to audit operational processesDemonstrable financial acumen and business insightExperience with MS Dynamics and ServiceNow or similar is advantageousExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to present to senior leadership teamsTeam player with a proactive and autonomous work styleFluent English speakerAvailability for travel 5%What Lenovo can offer you:
