**Description and Requirements**
At Lenovo we are looking for our new SMO Customer Operations Manager.
**What You will do:**
+ Support SDMs: Collaborate with Lenovo internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of DaaS to customers.
+ Billing and Financial Management: Validate billing schedules, resolve financial system gaps, and manage project financials including P&L support.
+ Operational Excellence: Utilise your analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to drive insights and operational efficiency.
+ Contractual Compliance: Ensure timely production of contractual reports and compliance with KPIs as per customer SOW.
+ Trend Analysis: Perform historical trend analysis for future predictions and drive corrective actions.
+ Forecasting: Maintain account-level forecasts and consolidate device requirements across the GEO.
+ Project Management: Manage projects for the Ops team, ensuring ownership and follow-through of actions and activities.
+ Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to SDMs and business transformation/IT teams, providing guidance and resolving blockers.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills
+ Ability to interpret data and create ad hoc reports on request
+ Organised, detail oriented, and able to audit operational processes
+ Demonstrable financial acumen and business insight
+ Experience with MS Dynamics and ServiceNow or similar is advantageous
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to present to senior leadership teams
+ Team player with a proactive and autonomous work style
+ Fluent English speaker
+ Availability for travel 5%

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.000 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
