**Job Summary**
This position is accountable for proactive and detail oriented Change Management Service to support the execution of change initiatives as part of a digital transformation program for customer. This role will focus on driving adoption communication and operational readiness across multiple business units and affiliates.
**Responsibilities**
Transformation Support
Assist in managing organizational changes related to the deployment of digital platforms and technologies.
Support readiness assessments and help prepare impacted teams for transitions.
Change Adoption Strategy
Engage with stakeholders to promote alignment and support for change initiatives.
Contributes to the development and execution of communication plans that ensure clarity and engagement.
Support the creation and execution of operational transition plans to minimize disruption.
Visual Communication and Engagement
Assist in designing visually engaging communication materials that align with customer branding and policy standards.
Help implement feedback mechanisms to gather stakeholder input and improve communication strategies.
Service Reporting
Progress updates on ongoing changes
Summaries of completed initiatives
Planning and prioritization of upcoming change requests.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in communications Organizational Development Business Administration or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Change Management or related roles.
Familiarity with digital transformation projects and stakeholder engagement.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with visual communication tools is a plus.
Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
