System Performance & SecurityEnsure server security through effective implementation of security measures, applying patches, updates, and service packs promptly.
Continuously monitor server performance metrics such as CPU usage, memory, disk space, and network bandwidth to detect and resolve potential issues proactively.
Maintain robust backup and recovery strategies, conducting regular backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
Process Improvement & DocumentationCreate and maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, wikis, and knowledge base articles to support team learning and consistency.
AutomationUtilize PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
Shift Coverage24/5 Support
Includes 6 weeks of On-Call rotation and weekend support on a rotational basis.
