Job Responsibilities :

1. Ensure end to end service assurance for private 5G network
2. Handle escalated cases within defined resolution time
3. Resolve service issues like latency and performance drops
4. Coordinate with teams for end to end fault resolution
5. Collaborate with vendors to fix equipment issues
6. Conduct audits and corrections for better availability
7. Support knowledge sharing to improve field operations

Education Requirement :

B.E. / B.Tech

Experience Requirement :

10 to 15 Years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Good knowledge of LTE, WiFi and 5G RAN and Core technologies
2. Experience with network management systems
3. Proficiency in fault and performance management for RAN elements
4. Worked on radio network troubleshooting and performance analysis
tools
5. Ability to perform under time constraints
6. Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic group
