Experience in Configuring and troubleshooting Optical line termination (OLT), ONT (Optical Network Terminal), / ONU (Optical Network Unit) of like Huawei/Nokia/ZTE/TEJAS GPON products, TCP/IP protocols, Addressing Multiple services (PPP) and QOS Related issues.
Working in NOC environment in shifts
Handling Services & backhaul network configuration, provisioning & troubleshooting activities on a dedicated platform
Providing technical support to Field Engineers & cross-functional teams.
Responding in timely manner to service requests and service escalations.
Maintaining documentation, including network diagrams, procedures, and asset inventory.
Implement Change Management Requests as per process and TATs.
Required Candidate Profile: -
5-10 Yrs. of experience in NOC doing Network Alarm Monitoring, performance monitoring, raising tickets in portal, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed to restore network within defined SLA's
Engineering Graduate (BE or B Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications/Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent) interested to work in telecom domain.
Ability to manage multiple duty shift patterns.
Basic knowledge/Working experience on IP networks, configuration management.
Knowledge of optical fibers, transmission technology, and routing, switching IP basics is a plus.
