**SMB Technical Sales Representative** (for Switzerland with German)

**What you’ll achieve**
As a **SMB Technical Sales Representative,** you will be responsible for offering ISG solutions and providing ISG consultation while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
**You will:**
+ Be responsible for delivering the right technical solutions depending on customer’s needs and expectations
+ Deliver on expectations in short/ long term targets and KPIs such as ISG revenue, ISG mix and pipeline management
+ Be responsible for all ISG leads assigned and execute on time
+ Work continuously on technical development and stay informed about latest industry trends
+ Have knowledge about the market and competition in enterprise solutions and clearly articulate this to SMB customers and partners

**Essential Requirements**
+ Master's degree in Business AND 3+ years of relational sales experience
+ Excellent English and German communication skills, written and spoken
+ Affinity for IT industry
+ Experience in working with Microsoft suite and software including Salesforce.com and advanced knowledge of Enterprise technologies
+ Basics experience in coaching and mentoring is an advantage and ability to share knowledge and experience in a structured way
**Salary starting from:** 1700 EUR gross fix pay + 600 EUR gross variable pay
**Salary split:** 70/30
