The KYC (Know Your Customer) Operations Lead Analyst will be part of KYC Operations Tech Engagement and Ops Controls/Adherence team, and will be responsible for driving timely resolution of Technology issues, performing analysis to reduce volume of Tech incidents, optimizing new functionality design and UAT, and implementing control programs to improve record data accuracy.
