SMB Account Manager
What’s the role?

The EMEA LATAM team is looking for a proactive and customer-focused SMB Account Manager to join our fast-growing SMB team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of SMB clients across the region — focusing on renewals, upsell opportunities, and churn prevention. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to ensure long-term client satisfaction and business growth.

What you’ll do

Own a portfolio of SMB clients and manage all post-sale commercial aspects, including retention, expansion, and client satisfaction

Identify at-risk accounts and design mitigation plans to ensure renewal

Uncover and drive upsell opportunities, increasing account value and client impact

Prioritize accounts strategically — focusing on those with high growth potential or high risk

Build long-term trust and position yourself as a strategic advisor to your customers

Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve client challenges and drive revenue growth

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, including New Booking ARR and ARR Loss

Utilize automation and AI tools to scale your portfolio efficiently

What we’re looking for

2+ years of experience in SaaS or account management roles, preferably in a high-growth environment

Experience working in or with the mobile advertising ecosystem — a strong plus

Native-level Russian and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Highly consultative and customer-centric approach with the ability to build strong relationships

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify opportunities and risks

Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRMs

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

Bonus points

Experience managing SaaS accounts with a commercial (quota-carrying) focus

Understanding of the mobile attribution, ad tech, or analytics ecosystem
