This role will actively participate in the Global Smart Warehouse deployment that affects all Internal Logistics and Warehouse operations at Dandong Automotive plant.
This position is Responsible for all the phases that involves the Smart Warehouse and logistics deployment (process mapping, analysis of current situation, design of future statement, software development, testing, end user training, documentation and interface to end users, implementation and maintenance of tools existing) with the purpose to achieve a global standardization in the Internal Logistics and Warehouse process, considering the customizations required per site according with local regulations or site conditions, validating that the global standard defined it is maintained.
This role will it is considered as Individual contributor with strong connection with the Internal Logistics, Warehouse and / or Flow Manager of Dandong sites.
This position will be reporting directly to the Director, Automotive Operations focus on Internal Logistics and Warehouse.
What You Will Do
You will be the leader to Global Deployment Plan of Smart Warehouse Strategy.Support business users during user acceptance testing and system implementation.Lead others in developing, or may independently develop, functional specifications of Internal/External Customer requirements for application development, enhancements, and testing of Materials.Lead others in analyzing, or may independently analyze, customer requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems in Smart Warehouse Operations and, if it is required, in Global Materials Department.Maintains and develops or may oversee maintenance and development of documentation for Responsible of Materials area.Provides status updates of assigned projects, including formal presentations to Project, IT and Senior Management.Serves as escalation point for troubleshooting issues and coordinates with other Business Analysts and technical personnel for their resolution.Assists Project Management in leading and participates in the exchange of ideas and information within the department. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.What You Need to Be Successful
3–5 years of cross-functional collaboration experience.Proficient in Agile development toolchains (JIRA/Confluence, etc.).Software lifecycle management capability.Experience in smart warehouse system development.Supply chain and logistics management skills.Preferred background in automotive/electronics industries.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.Code quality management awareness (SonarQube/unit testing).Bonus Points if You Have
Full-stack development skills (Web front-end/back-end, databases, server management).Industry 4.0-related technology stack (IoT/Mechatronics/SAP systems).Proficiency in data analysis tools (Qlik Sense/Power BI).What Makes You Eligible
