Every year, several thousands of young people on practical placements with Bosch experience daily work at first hand. With this long-term internship opportunity, they are actively integrated into projects and are fully incorporated in the daily work of one of the world's largest industrial corporations.

We offer you a 6-11 months of internship in biggest plant (Bursa) which matches your degree and interests. You will spend 2,5 days of the week at the company and the remaining days at your university.

If things go well, we will offer you a full-time position at the end of the program. How far and fast you go with that job is up to you.

Job Description

Your Contribution

Support aftermarket projects by working closely with project managers across the diesel injector development lifecycle.Analyze field data and drive improvement actions for aftermarket platform development.Coordinate and track analysis tasks in collaboration with test laboratories and shop floor development teams.Prepare clear and structured documentation to support decision-making and ensure project visibility.Gain hands-on experience in an international, collaborative R&D environment.

Qualifications

What Distinguishes You

3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields.Strong command of English (German is a plus).Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with data analysis or programming tools such as Minitab, MATLAB, or Excel macros.Skilled in creating structured documentation, including evaluation steps, results, and presentation-ready summaries.Curious and hands-on mindset, especially for lab environments and measurement systems.Team-oriented and customer-focused personality.Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute actively to the team.Strong communication, organizational, and analytical thinking skills.
