The Brand Marketing Associate Endoscopy Europe coordinates and manages sales support through the education of the sales team on the current Endoscopy product portfolio (Sports Medicine, Visualization and Communications), problem solving, tool development and projects as assigned.

What you will do:

European responsibilityProvides support to Brand/marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segmentsDevelops, drives and supports central and local tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business resultsPerforms sales and marketing analysis, assists with trade shows, literature development, presentations and publicityGathers internal and external market insights to share with stakeholdersProvides sales training, develops roadmaps and supports new product launchesDevelops sales tools and drives marketing campaign execution (central role)Direct sales support in the field (central role)



Minimum Qualifications (Required):
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0+ years of work experience required

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
• MBA preferred
• Fluent in local language and English
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
