CTG is seeking to fill a Smart Comm Developer opening for our client in Kentucky. Location: Remote Duration: 7 months Duties: Develop, configure, and maintain templates in Smart Communications (SmartComm/Thunderhead) for letter, fax, and email communications. Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and deliver marketing and operational communications solutions. Ensure templates meet brand, regulatory, and compliance standards. Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of communication assets. Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders as needed. Skills: Strong experience with Smart Communications (SmartComm/Thunderhead) platform. Proficiency in building templates for multi-channel communications (letter, fax, email). Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in communication delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities. Nice to Have Skills: Healthcare marketing experience. Experience in other regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance, pharma). Technical skills in advanced letter and fax creation. Experience: Proven experience developing and deploying solutions in SmartComm. Prior experience in creating communication templates in a regulated environment preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
