Smart Building Technology Trainer – entroCIM
We are seeking a **Smart Building Technology Trainer** to join our team. This person will play a critical role in educating and empowering our customers, partners, and internal teams to fully leverage the capabilities of the **entroCIM** platform. The ideal candidate is personable, sales-oriented, and has a solid understanding of building automation and IoT technologies. You will design and deliver impactful training programs that drive product adoption and enhance user experience. **Responsibilities:** + Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for system integrators, facility managers, and value-added resellers. + Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, video tutorials, and onboarding programs. + Customize training content based on audience experience, from hands-on technicians to executive leadership. + Act as a product evangelist—demonstrating how **entroCIM** drives smarter, more efficient building operations. + Support pre-sales activities through product demonstrations and educational webinars. + Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training delivery and content quality. + Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align training with business goals. + Stay current on industry trends in IoT, building automation, and energy management. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree required + 2 years required, 4 years preferred sales, sales operations or training role. + 2 years required, 4 years preferred developing training material, sales communications, or employee development programs from scratch, formally or informally + 2 years required, 4 years preferred PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, web conferencing tools + 2 years preferred working with e-learning software and learning management systems, including Articulate, Camtasia, Oracle LMS + 2 years preferred working with CRM applications + Superior verbal and written communication skills + High-energy, high-impact facilitation style + Ability to build strong relationships, ask good questions, knows how to have natural, strategic conversations to uncover needs + Can handle multiple priorities and manage a variety of resources + Possess an attention to detail + LEAN or six sigma knowledge \#LI-JB1
