Key Responsibilities:
Set up and lead the small works teamDrive business development and support the growth of the companyOversee logistical operations across the regionBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsProvide regular project updates and reports to stakeholdersSet objectives and responsibilities for staffMonitor project progress including budget, timing, and risk managementSupply financial records and manage project budgetsImplement policy improvements and recommend changesEnsure all contractual obligations are metEnforce Health & Safety regulationsAddress and resolve contract disputesLead, motivate, and inspire project teamsRecruit, train, and develop staffManage tendering and pre-contract processesRequired Skills & Experience:
