This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do:** **Project and Technical Delivery** + Plan and execute small works/projects (minor construction, refurbishment, installation, or maintenance tasks) across the CLIENT portfolio, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client specification. + Integrate small works projects into existing facility infrastructure with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. + Develop technical solutions for small works projects, including defining scope, specifications, and methods for safe implementation. **Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE)** + Ensure compliance with HSSE requirements throughout the lifecycle of small works projects + Conduct and/or review risk assessments **,** method statements, and ensure safety plans are implemented on site + Support delivery of safety audits and maintain appropriate documentation for statutory and CLIENT/CBRE requirements **Supplier and Stakeholder Management** + Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness + Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement associated with small works projects + Act as point of contact between CLIENT stakeholders, project managers, facilities teams, and external vendors for assigned project **Project Documentation and Reporting** + Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and reports + Provide regular status reports on project progress, HSSE compliance, budget spend, and risks/issues to CLIENT and CBRE leadership + Record and report any incidents, deviations, or changes affecting small works delivery **Continuous Improvement and Integration** + Identify and implement process improvements **,** standardization, or innovations for small works delivery + Support integration of small works activities with wider facilities management and experimental & installations team + Participate in lessons learned sessions and contribute to ongoing enhancement of project delivery and service quality **Technical Support and Training** + Offer technical support for mechanical/electrical/installations aspects related to small works projects + Coach and support other team members (e.g., maintenance technicians, site coordinators) in small works execution and integration best practices **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
