Project Governance ResponsibilitiesYour role appears to focus on project governance oversight, which is a critical function for ensuring successful project delivery. Here's how I interpret these responsibilities:
Project Delivery Process GovernanceYou'll be establishing and maintaining the framework that guides how projects are executed, monitored, and controlled. This includes setting standards, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with established methodologies.
Performance MonitoringYou'll track the effectiveness of project teams, sourcing partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, likely using KPIs, dashboards, and regular reviews to identify issues early and facilitate continuous improvement.
Internal Audit FunctionThis involves conducting systematic reviews of project activities to verify compliance with organizational policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards. You'll likely identify risks, control weaknesses, and opportunities for process enhancement.
Program Governance Client ManagementYou'll serve as the interface with clients regarding governance matters, helping them understand governance frameworks, reporting on compliance, and addressing their concerns about how projects are being managed and controlled.
