Small Business Sales - Marketing & Communications Manager

As a Small Business Sales - Marketing & Communications Manager, you will lead the development of marketing strategies that engage dealerships with local small business customers and strengthen Stellantis’ presence across Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram brands. You will own the planning, activation, and optimization of tierless, commercial marketing initiatives for dealers and small business customers audiences. This role reports to the Head of Commercial Sales, Strategy and Operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop market specific, dealer marketing strategies targeting commercial audiences and vocations to drive engagement and growth. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform dealer strategies with measurable KPIs and actionable recommendations for leadership and dealers. Plan and implement campaigns that highlight ongoing programs, sales best practices, go-to-market strategies, and increase quality conversions and contribute to commercial sales and market share. Coordinate activations of Small Business specific programs and events (i.e. NAHB partnership and Truck Clubs with Upfitters) Create in-house content, including video, to clearly communicate key opportunities and support go-to-market plans and meetings. Provide recommendations to dealers to improve targeting and optimize campaigns for increased sales. Identify opportunities to innovate within digital, CRM, website, and other marketing channels. Work closely with dealerships, internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors to define requirements, launch programs, and ensure adoption of best-in-class commercial marketing practices. Advocate for a commercial-focused approach in all marketing initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies Strong analytical and data storytelling skills; able to communicate insights to executives and leadership Understanding of dealer operations and tiered marketing approaches (Tier 1 – 3) Experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and turn ideas into scalable solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA preferred Experience in small business or B2B marketing environments Knowledge of digital marketing channels, CRM, and marketing automation tools Track record of driving measurable impact through integrated marketing campaigns
