We are now accepting applications for a Small Business Relationship Manager to join our team. Position is located in Reno, NV and is fully in office.

 

 

Essential Functions:

Responsible for sourcing and developing new clients for the purpose of achieving deposit growth targets. Sell Bank products to new and existing clients to obtain core deposit relationships and totals.  Identify Business development opportunities within an assigned area through data gathering techniques. Conduct sales management meetings. Establish, monitor, and publish sales targets and sales performance. Work closely with Branch management in meeting sales goals and strengthen existing customer relationships.  Assist Branch management in enhancing relationships with Gold Club Clients. Participate in community organizations and activities.  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Typically requires a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Finance and 2 plus years of directly related experience.  Basic knowledge of sales techniques, banking products and services. Must have excellent customer service, negotiation and PC's skills. Working knowledge of commercial and small business lending.  Must have strong analysis and credit review skills, as well as basic working knowledge of Bank Credit Policy and Risk Appetite Framework

Pay range (depending on experience): $80K to $105K
