As a Small Business Regional Sales Manager (DOM), you will own the strategy, execution, and results for Stellantis’ small business sales across your territory. Leading a team of Small Business Sales Managers (SBSMs), you’ll drive growth, strengthen dealer network performance, and expand Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram’s presence with commercial customers. This role reports directly to the Head of Commercial Sales, Strategy, and Operations.

Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of SBSMs, ensuring they meet or exceed commercial sales and dealer engagement goals. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and continuous development of new hires. Conduct regular performance reviews, ride-alongs, and joint dealer visits to strengthen execution and skills.Market Strategy & Growth
Analyze market trends, competition, and dealer performance to create targeted growth strategies. Partner with corporate and BC leadership to develop local programs, incentives, and campaigns that drive small business sales. Lead the execution of monthly go-to-market plans and commercial-focused promotions in your territory. Partner with Dealer Council, HQ Sales & Marketing, and other teams to improve dealer readiness, optimize inventory, and deliver a better customer experience. Ensure consistent adoption of best practices and process standards across the dealer network.Why You’ll Love This Role

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) 7+ years of sales, marketing, or B2B sales experience, including field leadership or team management. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver sales growth. Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple markets in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Automotive or fleet industry experience Excellent relationship-building skills Reside within or be willing to relocate to the territory / market. Willing and able to travel 60–80% of the time.Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of dealership sales and commercial processes OEM field sales experience in the commercial market Commercial vehicle product expertise Experience with bailment pools and/or upfitters Digital marketing experience
