Job Duties

Responsible for the daily repair, maintenance and operation of the slot machines, slot data collection system, progressive control systems and related equipment.  Safeguard against theft and ensure the security and integrity of all slot machines, keys, radios and casino property.  Promote outstanding customer service, safety and security.  Handle complaints according to established company and department policies and procedures. Report developments which may affect the casino operation to slot management.  Document and report the daily activities of the shift.  Performs other related duties as assigned.  Promotes superior guest service.

Minimum Qualifications

Successful completion of a recognized training course in the repair and maintenance of electronic slot machines and basic knowledge of electricity and/or mechanical equipment.  Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds, use an “in ear” communication device daily and have the dexterity to service slot machines.  Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
