We have an incredible opening for a Business Office Supervisor to help provide administrative support to our community. This is a fantastic opportunity if you like a variety of responsibilities, enjoy analysis and learning, and want to partner with an amazing group of residents and staff!

 

Our Business Office Supervisor: 


Lead and support the Concierge Team, emphasizing exceptional customer service. Oversee contracted valet and security services, ensuring they align with our service standards. Handle supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Regularly organize training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge. Ensure the team adheres to the procedures in the Concierge Manual. Manage financial transactions and maintain records according to our policies. Process and oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, manage invoicing, and bank deposits. Resolve billing inquiries and issues. Generate and distribute financial statements and reports on accounts receivable and accounts payable. Champion our Mission, Vision, and Values in your role. Other duties as assigned

 

What you need to succeed:


High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
Minimum 1 year experience supervising at least one employee
Experience with employee/customer relations, financial reports, bank reconciliations, and full cycle accounting High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (required - Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to prioritize work and to prepare accurate and timely reports to meet required deadlines
