As the Engineering Transformation Manager for our PC Liquid factories, you will play a pivotal role and will be responsible for leading and managing the transformation of our engineering processes, systems, and culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, mentor, and lead a team of skilled engineers and contractors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, R&D team, and other stakeholders to design and implement new processes, systems, and tools that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and successful deliveryRecruitment and Talent Development: Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent. Provide coaching and professional growth opportunities to team members.Safety and Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of Safety AND Quality performance.Budget Management: Manage the engineering/Project budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.Be at the forefront of technological advancements and have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that have a real impact.Develop and implement a comprehensive engineering transformation strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Identify and analyse current engineering processes, systems, and practices to identify areas for improvement. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Provide coaching and mentorship to engineering team members to support their professional development.

ALL ABOUT YOU

Proven experience (5+) years in engineering management, transformation, or a related role in PC technologies, specifically Skin Cleansing liquids.Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and methodologies. Strong experience in managing complex transformation projects involving multi factory set ups10+ years experience in Operations Engineering (Engineering ManagerExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. TPM, WCM ,Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus, specially on EEM.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Technical expertise in Personal Care technologies/facilities. Big picture thinking, strategic influencing, courageous accountability, concept thinker, Written and verbal communication skills data collection and analysis, problem solving, decision-making, teamwork, and judgement. Ability to work with teams on the factory floor, flexibility in occasional atypical work hours requirements. Travel (nationally and internationally) required (related to the BUs sites responsibility)

Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money.In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
