Responsibilities

Reports to assigned program supervisor or covering supervisor.

Engage young adults with skills training activities twice a week. Skills training areas are directly related to the goals of the client's treatment plan, and may include behavior management skills, communication skills, coping skills, problem solving, educational, or vocational skills.Engage clients in recreational activities each weekConduct role plays and practice new skills with clientsDeliver incentives to reinforce clients for positive behavior and new skills learnedFollow modules from the Coach binders developed by the MST-EA ConsultantFocus and build on clients’ positive attributesEngage the social network in supporting clientsFollow directives by the MST-EA Therapist and Supervisor Provide documentation of each visit with clientsProvide weekly oral and/or written reports to the MST-EA Supervisor on activities completed with clients

 

Salary: $16.50

Qualifications

Organizational expectations include:

Regular supervision and performance evaluation of direct reports.Any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate requiredSuccessfully working or in college requiredExperience working with the population preferredMust have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide transportationMust be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Education Required High School / G.E.D.
