About the Role: Building Maintenance

As a Skilled Maintenance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic. 

As a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional, you will:  

Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanics. Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance. Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal. Oversee and coordinate with external contractors. Transport residents to and from appointments.

Opening: 

Full-Time- 7AM-3:30PM, rotating weekends and on-call  

Qualifications: 

5 years of hands-on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance, preferred Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.
