Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Assist in preparing the work site and maintaining a clean, safe environment. + Bag and remove old insulation material from the ground level. + Hand off tools, materials, and insulation to the technician in the attic as needed. + Load and unload materials from the company vehicle. + Operate basic equipment such as vacuum hoses or insulation blowers (training provided). + Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE. **Qualifications:** + Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods. + Comfortable working in dusty environments and wearing protective gear. + Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions. + No prior experience required; training provided. + Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation preferred.
