The SkillBridge Program for this future Community Partnership Manager is designed to align with their prior experience and the needs of our 37 offices across Southern CA and Arizona. Each phase of the training will include assessments to ensure understanding of the curriculum. The training will be delivered remotely, with this Manager participating in various hybrid activities that to build the relationships with existing internal employees and external stakeholders. They will also receive mentoring and networking opportunities within the Pediatric Associates organization to familiarize themselves with key functions across the organization.
