DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Comply with track protection limits and adhere to FRA regulations + Ability to drive fully loaded Gooseneck truck and trailer + Sort, grade and stack ties in predetermined location + Basic mechanical skills + Problem solving within set standards + Operate a bobcat-tracked skid steer, secure and transport equipment + Heavy travel; 3-4 weeks at a time.
