The Ski Valet stores and retrieves guest ski equipment in an efficient and courteous manner. Assists in numerous functions related to maintaining efficient and high-quality shop operations. This position reports to the Rental Manager.

Job Functions
Provide fast, accurate and appropriate storage and retrieval of a variety of winter sports equipmentGreet guests and maintain a friendly and helpful attitude when dealing with guest needsAct independently to assure efficient, clean and organized shop/facilities operations at all timesMaintain a broad knowledge base adequate to answer all guest equipment-related queries as well as a variety of resort-wide informationAcquire and retain detailed Rental and Retail product knowledge to best serve guestsUtilize great attention to detail in the completion of all tasks and in supporting daily shop operationsRun skis and snowboards over waxing equipment when requiredComply with required risk management and indemnification proceduresOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation & Experience Requirements
