Overview Big Sky Resort is looking for a guest-oriented and enthusiastic Rental Technician to join our team. As a Rental Tech, you’ll be the first step in delivering transformational mountain experiences. You’ll help guests find the right ski or snowboard setup, ensure proper fitting, and get them ready to enjoy their day on the slopes. No prior experience with ski or snowboard gear? No problem—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Responsibilities Provide personalized boot fitting, binding setting, and equipment support for all guest ability levels Kneel, stand, and move repeatedly while assisting with gear fitting Create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere in the rental shop for guests and coworkers Answer guest questions by phone, email, or in person regarding rentals, online purchases, and resort information Accurately process payments for rental equipment Qualifications Entry-level position with limited prior experience required—we’ll train you!
