**Job Description Summary**
Provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for a business or function then designs and delivers training solutions. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Develop, implement, and manage a standardized process or system to define and track all required training for new hires from orientation through job readiness.
+ Partner with operations, HR, EHS, quality, and other functions to ensure training plans align with role-specific and business requirements.
+ Build and maintain training matrices/checklists for hourly roles; expand to salaried positions over time.
+ Coordinate scheduling of all required training sessions, ensuring timely completion prior to or upon start of work.
+ Monitor progress of new hires through their training plans, ensuring gaps are addressed and readiness is confirmed before employees begin their roles.
+ Maintain accurate records of training completion and provide regular reports to leadership.
+ Utilize FLIGHTDECK fundamentals to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of new hire training processes.
+ Occasionally deliver or support delivery of certain training (e.g., HR policies, orientation topics).
+ Serve as a point of contact for managers regarding training status of new hires.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years training coordination, learning & development, or related roles experience)
+ Minimum of 3 years in training coordination, learning & development, or related roles experience
**Desired Qualifications**
+ Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.
+ Experience building and managing training documentation, systems, or standard work processes.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environments preferred.
+ Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with learning management systems (LMS) a plus.
