Bureau Veritas Iraq is looking to hire Site Surveyor based in Erbil for an on-site position.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in land or construction surveying, preferably on large-scale projects. Proficiency in using survey instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level). Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software. Good understanding of construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work outdoors in varying site conditions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of safety practices and quality control procedures. Record and analyze site data for use in planning and design. Produce accurate site reports, drawings, maps, and survey data documentation. Update and maintain as-built drawings as construction progresses. Fluency in Kurdish and English Perform periodic checks to ensure construction is progressing in accordance with specified alignments, levels, and dimensions. Identify and report discrepancies between plans and actual site conditions. Provide technical support to site engineers and resolve survey-related issues. Ensure all surveying work is performed according to project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to meet project timelines. Maintain and calibrate survey instruments regularly.
