Site Security Supervisor - Full-Time!

Location: Portland, OR

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm

Rate: $26.00/Hour

At Securitas, our Site Supervisors play a critical role in ensuring our security operations run smoothly and effectively. Site Supervisors lead by example, oversee on-site security officers, and are responsible for maintaining a high level of safety, professionalism, and service at the assigned location.

The ideal candidate we are seeking will be dependable and motivated leaders who can manage staff, respond to incidents, and build strong relationships with clients while adhering to our core values; Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness.

What Your Day May Look Like

Supervise and support a team of security officers on siteEnsure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocolsRespond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectivelyTrain new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedbackMaintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logsCommunicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredAt least 1 year security and high-rise experience preferredProficient in basic computer and technology useStrong communication, reporting, and organization skillsCustomer service background preferredMust be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional mannerMust be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situationsAble to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
