The Role:
SRG Global is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Geotechnical Operations. This position is open to local candidates based in Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth Western Australia on an 8:6 roster.
This is an opportunity for a capable leader to play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-standard delivery of site maintenance operations, while supporting a positive relationship with the client.
Your Purpose:
You’ll work closely with site personnel to ensure all project operations meet both SRG Global’s standards and client expectations. Acting as a mentor and leader, you will guide the team to work safely and efficiently while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This role contributes to profitability by managing costs, seeking operational improvements, and enhancing the performance of our delivery teams—helping SRG maintain its competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site maintenance operations Act as the liaison between SRG and client representatives, including daily reporting and meetings Lead and mentor site employees to build a strong, capable team Ensure compliance with SRG’s Learning Management System (LMS) and safety systems Coordinate daily PSI and toolbox meetings Plan and schedule preventative maintenance, monitor equipment performance Manage rosters, consumables, freight logistics, and site documentation Conduct site inspections, workplace assessments, and stock-takes Champion HSEQ performance including incident reporting, audits, and procedure compliance Support QA processes, register maintenance, and environmental risk management Ensure SWP, JHA, and TAKE 5 procedures are completed accurately and on time Provide insights to the Project Manager on variations, risk, and workforce needsEssential Qualifications:
HD Mechanical Trade Certificate Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, with drilling/mining experience Schedule 26 – Statutory Supervisor Training Valid C Class Manual Driver’s LicenceDesirable Certifications:
BSBWHS411 – Implement and Monitor WHS Policies BSBWHS414 – Contribute to WHS Risk Management Workplace Assessor & Instructor Units (e.g., TAEDEL301 or equivalent) First Aid Certificate Certificate IV in WHS and/or Leadership & Management HR Licence, High Risk Work Licence, Refrigerant Handling LicenceSkills & Attributes:
