Our Security Supervisor positions play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role involves leading a team of Security Officers, ensuring post compliance, and delivering exceptional service through proactive supervision, training, and communication.

Security Supervisor – $25.00/hr

 

A Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned client sites. This includes supervising personnel, ensuring adherence to post orders, and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.Training & Development: Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.Performance Management: Coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performance; document actions and escalate as needed.Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.Administrative Support: Assist with payroll, personnel documentation, and report submissions.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience (retail experience preferred).Must meet all state and local licensing requirements.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.Reliable transportation and communication.
