This Position reports to:
Service Operations Manager
In this role, you will be working as a member of the Project Execution team in Process Automation Business Area. You will have the opportunity to coordinate and support site-works team in cost-effective execution related deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. Each day, you will provide technical support for all site works related issues to the proposal team during bid preparation and to the Project Manager at the project start up.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Performing site survey and determining required steps to execute site works activities.Assisting with preliminary enquiries, bid reviews and other preparation activitiesSupervision on electromechanical equipment installation works and managing effectively various subcontractors onsiteReviewing and analyzing progress reports, recommending, and implementing improvement actions to resolve current and potential issuesControlling installation and commissioning documentationEffectively communicating project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholdersExcellent communication and negotiation when needed, both with Clients and SubcontractorsAssisting in coordination of activities between external resources and the customer, guaranteeing that the external resources are fully informed on site works planning activities, product knowledge, and safety procedures.Qualifications for the role:
University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringIdeally 2 years of experience in sites working with water telemetry projects for public sectorHands-on experience in troubleshootingExcellent command of Greek & English languageStrong Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook), including preferably AutoCADDriver’s license - ability to visit sites regularlyA strong focus and dedication to safe work practices and guidelinesA high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologiesAbility to act independently and responsiblyWe also offer our employees the following benefits:
