Site Services Process Lead

Make It With Pride.** As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of planned maintenance elements in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel. **How you will contribute** Core Duties of Site Services Process Lead include, but are not limited to: + Skilled and competent on Utilities operations, Environmental Aspects & impacts. + Stakeholders' management including regulatory authorities. + Ensure critical operations are always safe and working with legal compliance like Boiler, Trade waste, Air Compressors and Ammonia Plant. + Possess skills to engage, motivate and enhance capabilities of team. + Performance management of operators and provide right/constructive feedback. + Manages utility budgets, allocates resources effectively, and monitors spending. + Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and implements best practices to improve efficiency. + Identifies and resolves issues related to utility systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and emergency response. **What you will bring** The Key Requirements for the roles are: + Experience in a MS-Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, etc.). + Analysing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. + Handling emergency situations and disruptions to utility services. + Experience in SAP is preferable. + Experience in lean manufacturing principles is preferable.
