The Role
The HSSE Coordinator supports the Project Manager in day-to-day safety administration and field/office safety operations for assigned projects. This role is responsible for performing compliance audits to ensure adherence to Celanese corporate and site safety standards, coordinating safety documentation and oversight, and supporting the implementation of a “zero injuries” culture. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and proactively communicate safety status and needs to project leadership.
