We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Safety Inspector to join a dynamic team overseeing multiple construction projects across New York City. This is a day-shift role (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) focused on ensuring safety compliance, conducting site inspections, and supporting the development of health and safety programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine safety inspections across various active project sites.Prepare and submit detailed safety inspection reports.Assist in the creation and review of Health & Safety policies and procedures.Lead safety training sessions for on-site personnel.Ensure compliance with OSHA, NYC Building Code, and other applicable safety regulations.Provide on-site support to ensure all safety protocols are followed.Required QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience in construction safety or site safety inspection.OSHA 30 certification.Valid SST Card.Reliable transportation to travel between job sites across the five boroughs.Strong knowledge of OSHA, NYC DOB, DEP, DOT, and other local/state/federal safety regulations.Demonstrated experience conducting safety inspections and reporting.Preferred CertificationsCHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification is a plus.Additional safety training certifications are highly desirable.Work Environment & BenefitsProjects are located throughout all five boroughs of NYC.Standard hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.Competitive compensation package including:401(k) planTravel reimbursementPaid time off and sick leaveFast-paced, field-based role with opportunities to work on high-impact infrastructure projects.Pay and Benefits
