You will identify opportunities to automate and eliminate toil across key areas within the user access management domain, including user access reviews, access provisioning, and role-based access controls. Additionally, you will manage monitoring tools to ensure the timely identification and resolution of issues, focusing on programmatic solutions to recurring problems. 
In collaboration with other teams, you will work to maintain and enhance incident and change management processes. You will also design features to improve the availability, scalability, performance, and efficiency of SailPoint IdentityIQ. Furthermore, you will document operational processes to support and empower our service desk team. What you offer

Exceptional critical thinking skills with extensive experience in supporting mission-critical systems. Practical experience in cloud infrastructure, such as Amazon Web Services. Proficiency in coding languages, with a preference for Java and C#. Experience with monitoring tools, such as Grafana, AppDynamics, or SIEM tools like Splunk. Experience with any of the following is advantageous: Analytics experience using Alteryx or Power BI. Development and administration experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other similar tools.
