Skills and Requirements Manage and support security systems, facility systems, and custom/vendor applications. Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, field components, and access control systems (readers, panels, turnstiles). Oversee security and facilities applications, including Genetec Unified System, Genetec Continuum, EPMS Tripshot, Asset Tracker, and order management tools. Provide enterprise-level support for incident response applications related to global risk, physical security, and facilities services. Conduct API integrations and SQL querying for troubleshooting and application support. Collaborate with vendors for software updates, maintenance, and technical escalations. Assist with onboarding new applications and ensure foundational knowledge across platforms. Genetec certification is a requirement.
