Job Duties: Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. Design and develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning. May telecommute. (385.34264)

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field and 3 years of experience offered or in a Site Reliability Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

1. Server hardware configuration;

2. Linux internals;

3. Networking and TCP/IP;

4. Standard Internet services, such as DNS and HTTP;

5. Scripting languages, such as Python, Ruby, Bash, Terraform, C++, Java, and JavaScript;

6. Configuration management tools such as Chef and Ansible;

7. Monitoring and Instrumentation;

8. DevOps toolchain;

9. IT Security and compliance;

10. REST APIs;

11. IBM Websphere; and

12. Oracle Weblogic.
