Job Duties: Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services. Design and develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems. Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning. May telecommute. (385.33775)

 

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication Networks, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a site reliability developer-related occupation. Position requires:

Experience with large ISP or cloud provider environment; Network operations; Commodity Ethernet hardware protocol experience including BGP/OSPF/IS-IS, TCP, IPv4, IPv6, DMS, or DHCP; Scripting or automation and datacenter design including Python; Networking protocols including TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and SSL; Network monitoring and telemetry solutions; and Network configuration management.
