**We are searching for the best talent for a Site Relationship Lead, Immunology. This position can be located remotely in the Southeastern Region (DC, VA, MD, NC, SC, GA, FL, or WV) of the United States.**
**Purpose:**
**The Site Relationship Lead, Immunology uncovers new opportunities and responds with site centric solutions, aimed at strategic sites to drive delivery of Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine clinical trial programs. The Site Relationship Lead contributes to GCO and country-specific goals to optimize Country clinical trial delivery. Leveraging site insight to build connections and engagement between key stakeholders from internal JJIM and external partners to accelerate site identification, start-up and participant enrollment are basic deliverables. SRLs will develop clear and measurable site engagement strategies across their country of responsibility focused on current and future study and portfolio needs across all phases of development.**
**You will be responsible for:**
**Strategy Development**
**Matches evolving portfolio needs to identified site capabilities.**
**Partners with country teams to understand and analyze local market and site dynamics to optimize site insights and recommendations.**
**Routinely supports the appropriate segmentation of investigational sites resulting in a prioritized “ready” list of Strategic Sites and recommended actions and resources to accelerate site delivery.**
**Coordinates internal-to-external stakeholder meetings to identify new research sites and engage/pull-through current and potential research sites to support the JJIM Portfolio.**
**Drives prompt issue resolution and problem solving at strategic sites.**
**Execute effective action plans to respond to site concerns and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.**
**Develops annual Strategic site-specific plans that include people involved, agreed upon key objectives, strategies and tactics, and records specific activities and results against identified objectives.**
**Measures the impact of site strategies to continuously improve and maximize value.**
**Strengthens sites abilities to connect with and recruit diverse patient populations aligned with the JJIM R&D (Research & Development (R&D)) portfolio and country/study specific goals.**
**Strategic Site Engagement**
**Coordinates, oversees, and monitors site contacts at strategic sites to ensure a seamless and transparent connection with key stakeholders to include PIs (Principal Investigators), study coordinators and relevant DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) staff.**
**Develop strategic site engagement strategy and action plans in alignment with key internal/external stakeholders, including the global therapeutic area teams, and integrating country/regional and global needs to deliver our portfolio across both inhouse and outsourced studies.**
**Integrates and prioritizes JJIM R&D strategies and projects including relevant objectives and landmarks to optimize strategic site engagement and clinical trial delivery outcomes. 12 Leverages face to face interactions, including external meetings and congresses, to build relationships and drive maximum impact.**
**Internal Engagement**
**Develops portfolio strategies and priorities with relevant internal groups including Global Clinical Operations, Therapeutic Areas, Portfolio Delivery Operations, Medical Affairs and CRO (Contract Research Organization (CRO)) partners.**
**Aligns and coordinates the execution of JJIM portfolio and program strategy in partnership with other site facing functions such as the Therapeutic areas (TA), Country Operations (CO), Medical Affairs (MAF)and CRO partners.**
**Provides Strategic site insights and feedback to extended internal teams to share perceptions and perspectives on JJIM R&D clinical trial delivery.**
**Delivers insights to adapt the JJIM clinical operations processes to improve sites/networks experience and accelerate site start-up.**
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
**A bachelor’s degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.**
**A minimum of 8 years of either relevant Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs or TA-specific sales experience.**
**Experience working with external entities or 3rd parties including relationship management and oversight of deliverables.**
**Knowledgeable about clinical development and clinical operations is preferred**
**Skills to identify, develop, maintain, and build advocacy with external stakeholders is required**
**Strong influencing and negotiation skills (vocal and storytelling) communication skills**
**Ability to drive innovation and solve problems in an ambiguous environment**
**Well-organized, able to prioritize and orchestrate matrixed teams to drive approaches to success**
**Develop reports and analyses setting forth progress, roadblocks, and appropriate recommendations for project success/conclusions.**
**Self-directed; able to work with limited supervision, and contribute to team objectives**
**Fluency in English language required.**
**Circa 25% to 50% travel depending on geographic location.**
**Full time responsibility**
**The anticipated base pay range for this position in the US is $137,000 to $235,750.**
**The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.**
