We have an opportunity for a Site Quality Manager to to set up a quality approach within the factory in line with ISO 9001 certification and in line with the procedures of the Honeywell group using the necessary quality tools
This role is 100% onsite Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
+ Act as main point of support to Honeywell key accounts and regular customers, including price negotiations, product applications, submitting of quotes/offers, preparing tenders - daily contact is essential to maintain intimacy with principal customers / partners.
+ Up-sell based on customer knowledge and technical competence, cross-sell of personal protective equipment.
+ Order management, rental coordination, inventory planning, product returns, purchasing special parts, transportation issues, invoicing, and site meeting participation.
+ Act as main point of support to Honeywell key accounts and regular customers, product applications, technical support & Engineering
+ Supply customer with User Instructions, Technical Information sheets, drawings, specific product advice and sales literature as appropriate (25% of calls require these deliverables)
Key Skills and Qualifications
+ Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation
+ Maintain ISO 9001 certification- Manage customer relations at the quality level: responsible for the management of customer complaints: analysis of non-compliant product, definition and management of corrective and preventive actions (8D reports), response to customers
+ Organize and manage the quality process in production- Responsible for achieving objectives Quality
+ Conduct corrective and preventive action plans and problem solving.
+ Deploy quality plans and participate in cross-functional teams.
+ Active participation in HSE processes (prawns)
+ Raise awareness and train production staff on release quality procedures, and ensure that these procedures are properly implemented.
+ Follow "standard work" procedures to ensure total quality and improve them if necessary (continuous improvement)
+ Weekly reporting of quality indicators (cppm, FPY, COPQ)- Manage the laboratory of the Laguépie site including team management.
+ Actively support the industrialization process of new products.
+ Responsible for the analysis of the cost of obtaining quality and performance monitoring
+ Responsible for product and process audits, internal and external audits and customer audit management.
+ Support the supplier quality process (SQE): supplier audits, supplier and product qualification process.
+ Management of supplier non-conformities in connection with the SQE (8D, follow-up of corrective actions, credit note request)
+ Supervision of 1 quality technicians.

Knowledge and know-how:
-Knowledge of management systems and in particular ISO standards-Knowledge of the regulatory field-Knowledge of quality tools and audit techniques-Knowledge of the company's processes, flows and associated technologies-All the tools of the Honeywell Operating System management system - Six Sigma Certification-Ability to identify malfunctions in the quality field and to propose solutions • Mastery of the statistical analysis of indicators• Mastery of computer tools,• Ability to converse and write in English
