Role Overview Quality Plan Architect: Establish the site quality plan covering all site activities with the support of the project quality manager. Team Leader: Lead and oversee the site quality management team, guiding field QC engineers, QA engineers, and other quality professionals to ensure excellence. Training Facilitator: Develop and deliver quality introductory and training programs to ensure all construction personnel understand quality-related objectives and requirements. Compliance Overseer: Control and approve construction companies' plans and procedures, ensuring they meet contractual requirements. Quality Interface Coordinator: Maintain daily communication with construction companies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Documentation Custodian: Ensure that all necessary quality records, such as inspection and test documents, are properly filed and maintained. Inspection Liaison: Coordinate with external inspection bodies and schedule their presence as needed. Quality Management Monitor: Assess the effectiveness of the site's quality management system through planned audits and reviews, suggesting actions for improvement. Performance Indicator Developer: Create and update key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality on the construction site. Final Documentation Supervisor: Ensure that final documentation from construction companies is developed for a smooth contractual transfer at mechanical completion. Deviation Analyst: Identify, analyze, and report major quality deviations. Progress Report Coordinator: Collaborate with the project manager to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on site activities. Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies. Certified or trained to work on scaffolding. GIES 1 & GIES 2 or any related certification. H0B0 certified. AIPR (Autorisation d'Intervention à Proximité des Réseaux). MASE (Manuel d’Amélioration Sécurité des Entreprises) Certification for working in ATEX (ATmosphères EXplosibles) zones. Minimum 10 years of experience in revamping work in the petrochemical industry.                                        Must be fluent in French to communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
