For 20 years, we have been a stable employer with secure orders for several years in advance. **How will you make a difference?** + Develop and implement quality management systems across the site + Lead and manage the site quality team to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive actions + Conduct internal audits and prepare for external certification audits + Manage customer complaints and coordinate appropriate corrective actions + Develop and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs + Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (ISO 9001, etc.) + Provide regular reporting to senior management on quality performance + Lead quality training programs for site personnel **What do we need to know about you?** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field + Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment + Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.) + Experience with quality tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D, etc.) + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills + Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements + Experience managing and developing a team of quality professionals + Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments + Professional level of English and Czech language, German very welcomed **What can we offer?** Flexible working hours are not offered by everyone.
