What You Will Get Up To:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Performance Manager. In this role, you will be the Caterpillar point of contact at a key mine site for Caterpillar, Dealer, and Customer. Position can function as support of lead Site Performance Manager through observation and assistance.
You will work on optimizing the performance of Caterpillar Mining Products at a key mine site. You will work in partnership with the Dealer team and senior/lead Site Performance Manager to support all Caterpillar business at the site.
You will also manage Caterpillar Inc. business risk as it relates to after-sale commercial & performance support from Caterpillar at the site. Co-Manage mine site focus and support from Caterpillar with Commercial Managers and Product Support Managers.
What You Will Do:
Determine and schedule appropriate support requirements for a site and participate in negotiating service level agreements.
Identify and address the training and development needs of project managers and team staff.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to develop and execute an effective sales strategy for each new business opportunity.
Take ownership of customer issues and requirements and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

Field Support: Extensive knowledge of and experience with providing post-sales support; ability to support maintenance of hardware products.
Top Candidates Will Have:
Mine site experience and/or mining industry background is highly desired.
Proven ability to support dealer and customer operations, with strong understanding of dealer roles and responsibilities.
Extensive knowledge of company products, equipment management, product problem resolution, and warranty practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with preferred experience in Six Sigma and a minimum of 4–6 years in a related field role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Russian language.
Additional Information:
Business travel time dedicated for this role – up to 50%.
No ISE/Relocation Support to be provided for this opportunity
This is a full time, onsite role, 5 days a week
This is temporary role for 2 years long contract, with possibility of extension.
