**Job Summary:**
We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee and manage site communication, prioritization, and various operational aspects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective governance, downtime reporting, inspection strategies, condition monitoring, and backlog management. The successful incumbent will be responsible for product problem management and maximizing customer loyalty while minimizing the commercial impact of customer complaints related to products, applications, and maintenance requirements through appropriate and timely use of resources including Goodwill.
**What you will do:**
+ Manage site communication and prioritization to ensure smooth operations.
+ Conduct quarterly and monthly executive reviews to assess performance and strategic alignment.
+ Escalate high-priority action logs to ensure timely resolution.
+ Take ownership and accountability for LCC (Life Cycle Cost) management.
+ Lead projects, implement processes, and execute strategies to achieve operational goals.
+ Monitor and report downtime to identify areas for improvement and ensure minimal disruption.
+ Develop and implement inspection strategies to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
+ Provide training to staff on inspection procedures and best practices.
+ Escalate immediate actions required for condition monitoring to prevent potential issues.
+ Develop component strategies to ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
+ Oversee parts management to ensure availability and proper inventory control.
+ Manage backlog escalation to prioritize and address outstanding tasks efficiently.

**Effective Communications:** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
**Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
**Relationship Management:** Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
**Technical Excellence:** Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
**Project Management:** Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
**What will put you forward:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
+ Proven experience in site governance and mining operations management.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Knowledge of condition monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, and parts management.
**Additional Information:**
+ This is a 12months FTC.
+ Business travel required for this role.
+ No relocation will be supported.
